Drainage symptoms and fitting guidance
Water remaining in the drum, humming without drainage, a programme stopping before the final spin, repeated drain errors, grinding or rattling during drainage, or leakage around the pump housing can require investigation. These symptoms do not prove the pump has failed; a blocked filter, obstructed hose or other appliance fault may cause similar problems.
Fault codes, including E01 mentioned in the previous listing, must be checked against the documentation for the exact appliance model. Do not use a fault code alone to select this replacement.
