Special Delivery - £8 (Guaranteed next working day*)
*Next working day weekend delivery cut-off is Friday 2pm.

Please be aware that any orders placed after 2pm may not be eligible for same day dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm will be sent out the same day.
Our Free Standard Shipping items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class 48 and could take up to a week to arrive. The delivery status number will show you whether a delivery has been attempted. You will receive your Delivery Status number when your item is shipped. You will be notified about this by email.
Our Royal Mail Tracked service is fully tracked and you will receive your tracking number on your order confirmation email.

Please be aware that some countries may collect customs fees on our products and other imported merchandise. Due to the local customs-collection process, this may result in a later delivery time than the date that was originally estimated in the shipping calculator.
It is the customers responisbility to pay these charges and fees. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 90-day warranty. Should any part of your order arrive damaged or faulty, we will issue a replacement or refund for the affected items free of charge for you.
All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition.
We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition.
Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through Email or Live Chat.
If you think an item is faulty, upon return we will examine the item to determine the case of failure.
Please note that if we consider the item has been damaged due to misuse or incorrect fitting we will be unable to replace, and the item will be returned to you after the return postage cost has been paid.
