Despite much head scratching and researching, the brush was incompatible with my mother-in-law's Dyson. I have no idea why Dyson make life so difficult with model numbers, but it confused me no end. Anyway despite helpful suggestions from Barty, I ended up having to return the rollerbrush for a swift refund. Thank you. Great service.
