I made a mistake and ordered the incorrect product. You responded quickly to that and I have received a refund confirmation for the retuned item. However I did also request invoice/credit documenst to support both transactions and so far these have not been supplied

Ordered 10 titan dust bags and only 5 arrived , contacted Bartyspares by email who apologised for the shortage due to a packing error. I received the rest of the order within a couple of days Good service.
