Bought carbon filter for cooker hood; but then realised it was not needed as vented externally. Contacted barty spares by email to request cancellation of order but was apparently too late it had been processed. However, very nice email apologising and affirming how and where to return for refund. Promptly refunded within a few days. I personally found customer service to be great - no complaints and would definately use again in future!
