Hose Repair Machine End For Numatic Henry Hetty Hoover Vacuum Cleaners

I ordered as per the image advertised, a 3 part kit, that has a colar, that allows for fitting to an exsisting hose without taking apart the hose. I got a 2 part kit that doesn't. I contacted the company, I was told by 'Andy' that this is the newer part and a better fit, except it is unfitable. I got no reply to my response.

Great company, cheapest parts supplier I have found.
