Tom from customer services was very responsive and did everything he could to help with this issue. My first order got lost in the post. After a week of waiting I contacted the team and a new batch arrived next day. Unfortunately though what was sent was very different to what is shown on this webpage. These are sold in two sizes and I needed the larger 173mm version. The pictures show they have a concave shape.
The item received was a convex shape as shown in the pictures.
Customer services said they would check their stock but in the meantime gave me a full refund after returning the products.
