Check your filter before ordering
Check that your cooker hood's filter housing is intended to be opened and refilled, and that your manufacturer's instructions permit loose carbon replacement. Not every carbon filter is refillable, and a matching brand name alone does not confirm suitability. No individual cooker hood model numbers are specified in the original listing.
Refilling guidance
Where permitted by your filter manufacturer, remove and open the existing filter, dispose of the spent granules, refill with the required amount and securely close and refit the housing. Follow the appliance instructions and do not force open sealed cartridges.
Replacement guide
The original listing recommends replacing the granules every 3 months for heavy use, 6 months for normal use or 9 months for light use. Treat these as a guide and follow your filter manufacturer's schedule where it differs; replacement needs depend on cooking frequency and conditions.
