Deliveries and Returns 🚚

Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 14-day warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you.

All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition.

We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition.

Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through Email or Live Chat to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label.

If you think an item is faulty, upon return we will examine the item to determine the case of failure.

Please note that if we consider the item has been damaged due to misuse or incorrect fitting we will be unable to replace, and the item will be returned to you after the return postage cost has been paid.
